Using high-definition satellite imagery, fifty locations on Earth were carefully selected and translated into large faience pieces. The process began with many CAD models to create the mold, followed by meticulous craftsmanship in collaboration with a Swiss artisan.
The collection featuring fifty works as impressive samples of the globe seas. Each shade is unique and suggests the geographical specificity of its environment. A significant part lay in precisely replicating the shades of blue, a feat achieved by testing various colorants in enamel bases.
